Itinrary: 

Tuesday, December 9:

  • Registration opens at 3:00 p.m.

  • Afternoon general session: 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.

  • Welcome Reception immediately following in the exhibit area – a perfect opportunity to network with industry professionals and explore the latest trends, equipment, and safety advancements.

Wednesday, December 10:

  • Registration opens at 7:00 a.m.

  • General session: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., followed by lunch

  • Afternoon session: Final presentations

  • Conference concludes with door prizes around 4:00 p.m.

How to Register as an Attendee for the Conference

  • Early Bird Registration: $325 – Ends Monday, September 15

  • Regular Registration: $375 – Begins Tuesday, September 16

To help us prepare for the conference, online registration will close on Friday, November 22.

What’s Included:

  • Reception, breakfast, and lunch on Day 2

  • All meeting materials

  • 10 Professional Development Hours (PDH) available for seminar attendees that will be emailed to attendees on December 12, 2025.

To help us properly prepare for the conference, online registration will close on Wednesday, November 13.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be submitted to the Kentucky Crushed Stone Association office at least 3 business days prior to the start of the conference.

 

 

Hotel Reservations – Louisville Marriott East

A block of rooms has been reserved for Tuesday, December 9, and Wednesday, December 10 at the Louisville Marriott East. The room rate is $154 per night, plus tax.

Please note: The hotel room block closes on Monday, November 17. We encourage you to book early to secure your accommodations, as availability is limited and the block is expected to fill quickly.
