The Kentucky Crushed Stone Association is hosting the annual Safety and Educational Seminar on Wednesday, February 26 and Thursday, February 27, 2025 at the Louisville Marriott East hotel in Louisville, KY. This is a great opportunity to attend and learn the latest safety trends and educational opportunities from the industry and partnering agencies. There are 33 available exhibit booths where our members will be showcasing the latest products and services. Don't miss this chance to network with the exhibitors.

The seminar will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 28 with safety presentations from the industry and MSHA and conclude at 5:30 p.m. Following the safety day, we invite you to join our associate members for an opening reception in the trade show area located just outside the meeting room. Thursday morning, breakfast will start at 7:00 a.m. along with the exhibit hall being open for networking with the industry. Following breakfast, we will kick-off our second General Session at 8:00 a.m. We have several technical presentations scheduled on blasting, crushing and screening. Lunch will be served at approximately 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. Following lunch, additional presentations will follow. The day will conclude at approximately 4:05 p.m. where we will wrap up with door prizes.

The Kentucky Crushed Stone Association has a block of rooms reserved for Wednesday night March 1 at the Marriott Louisville East Hotel. Deadline to receive the discounted room rate is February 15, 2025. The room rate is $163.00 per night plus tax. We recommend reserving your hotel room early as the room block will fill up. Please note that check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. All room cancellations must be received no later than 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made after this time, or no shows, will be charged for 1 night's stay.

Exhibitor Registration Information:

The exhibitor area is located just outside the meeting space and in part of the lobby/Foyer area located on the first floor of the hotel. Both areas will have bars setup during our reception on Wednesday night. 

Cost to exhibit - $800

Exhibiting at this conference is limited to 33 table tops. If you would like to exhibit at this conference, please select the availible exhibit booth number of your choice in the registration process. With the limited amount of space, we ask that you only select one booth.

Your exhibit registration will include:
