CONFERENCE ATTENDEE REGRISTION INFORMATION
EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION $325.00 PER ATTENDEE 12/29
REGISTRATION $375 PER ATTENDEE 12/30 - 1/30 
LATE REGISTRATION $400 PER ATTENDEE 1/31 and after

Cancellation Policy: An 80% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received 10 business days (February 1) prior to the scheduled event. A 50% refund will be granted if the request is received between 10 and 6 business days (February 5) prior to the scheduled event. No refunds will be granted if the request is received with fewer than 5 days (February 6) prior to the scheduled event. The hotel requires our food and beverage guarantees 10 days prior to the event and we have to make financial commitments to these guarantees. We apologize for the inconvenience.
